As one of the most sought-after construction regions in Saxony, the district of Central Saxony offers an all-round service for home builders with the Nestbau-Zentrale. In 2019 alone, around 700,000 square meters of building land were realized in the district. This corresponds to an area of about 98 soccer fields.
We offer free support to interested house builders and redevelopers. Thus immigrants willing to build in central Saxonia can inform at present about a virtual fair to rural building and attach valuable contacts.

By mouse-click and completely without restrictions the visitors of the fair can steer from the domestic screen to the info. conditions of central-Saxon enterprises. Different trades and institutions from wood and loam building, over reorganization, window construction, Geothermie and building materials up to planning, financing and promotion are represented.
